Returns/Refund Policy 9-23-19
Unify CoOp (Unify!) is a Minnesota 308B Cooperative Association owned by its Share Members and managed by CoOp Management Services, Inc. (CMS).
Share Members pay a one-time Share Fee for lifetime membership benefits. This Share Fee is currently $97. All Members Free and Share may do business with Unify! via its online platform from time-to-time provided they comply with the Terms of Service.
Since the CoOp is Member-owned, the Board of Directors requests that any request for Refund be in writing and sent via the Contact Us form on https://unify.coop/contact/. We prefer to pay all refund requests by check and not reverse credit card transactions to maintain our highest rating with our Merchant Processor.
REFUNDS. Any Share Member who pays the Share Fee may request a refund within 30 days of signing up for Unify CoOp. Your refund will be the lesser of $97 or $97 less any Patronage Refund paid to you.
Any purchase of products or services directly from Unify! CoOp shall have the same 30-day refund/return policy, provided such product or service is returned in a resaleable form.
After 30 days, Share Members may still request a refund which will be reviewed by the Membership Committee made up of peer Share Members – the standard policy is no refunds after 30 days. The decision of the Membership Committee is final as to any returns or refund after 30 days.
